Enter the names of the dancers performing in the Group in the order you want them to appear in the Competition booklet. Write each name and needed information in a new line. For each competitor, you must enter: NAME AND SURNAME / DATE OF BIRTH / NATIONALITY / AGE ON 24/05/2023
You can upload files in the following formats: jpeg, jpg, png or zip. The maximum file size of all documents is 5MB (250KB per competitor). If you are uploading more single documents you have before uploading them to choose all at once.

You can upload files in the following formats: jpeg, jpg and png. The maximum file size is 2MB, and the photo resolution must be 300 dpi. The photo can be of format of 4,5 x 3,5 cm. The background of the photo must be a single color (can also be a curtain or a wall without electrical outlets, etc., and individual body parts MUST NOT be cut off!
You can upload files in the following formats: jpeg, jpg, png or pdf. The maximum file size is 500KB.

ACKNOWLEDGMENTS:
The organizer will send the video recordings of the TUTU GRAND PRIX 2023 International Ballet & Choreography competition to the subscribers who were exclusively the TUTU GRAND PRIX 2023 competitors, their mentors or the institutions that registered the competitors to the TUTU GRAND PRIX 2023. The organizers will send the videos of the entire individual competition round, what means, that all the videos will feature all the participants who competed in a single competition round and at the Gala Concert of the TUTU GRAND PRIX 2023 International Ballet & Choreography Competition. In case you do not agree with written above, your performances at the Competition will be recorded exclusively for the needs of the competition jury and will be permanently deleted directly after the final decisions of the jury, what means that they will not be available to you either.
For the purposes of propaganda, announcements and reports of the TUTU GRAND PRIX 2023 International Ballet & Choreography competition, various media may take photos or record reports related to the Competition and photos and videos may also include competitors of the TUTU GRAND PRIX 2023 International Ballet & Choreography competition and their mentors. Therefor I agree that the public media can publish in their public reports also videos and/or photos of me as a competitor or mentor. If you do not agree with the written above, the Organizer will reject your application for the TUTU GRAND PRIX 2023 International Ballet & Choreography competition, as we strictly follow the fact of equality of terms and conditions for all competitors and other Participants.
CONSENTS:
In case that a Competitors of the Group are registered to the TUTU GRAND PRIX 2023 International Ballet & Choreography competition by any legal institution or third-party natural person who is not a parent or legal representative of the Competitor, the legal institution or third-party natural person has to obtain all consents listed in the CONSENT section from parents or legal representative themselves. Therefor the legal person or the third natural person is legally responsible for giving all the consents listed in the CONSENT section.
Mayor Participants or Legal institution or Parents of Participants or Legal guardians of Minor participants or Legal entities or persons who represents Legal entity must obtain themselves all permits for public performance of copyright protected music that will use at the International Ballet & Choreography Competition TUTU GRAND PRIX 2023. The permission has to be obtained also when 70 years have not passed since the death of the author - composer. In order to perform and/or broadcast copyright protected works at the TUTU GRAND PRIX 2023 International Ballet & Choreography Competition, Mayor Participants or Legal institution or Parents of Participants or Legal guardians of Minor participants or Legal entities or persons who represents Legal entity must obtain permission to broadcast or perform copyrighted works to the Organiser of International Ballet & Choreography Competition TUTU GRAND PRIX 2023 at his request. In case that an individual competitor will perform or use copyright protected works for which should have obtained the permission of the copyright owners in accordance with the Copyright Act, but she/he or her/his represent did not obtain it, she or he or her/his representer will bear all the moral, legal and financial consequences!

When you ask to unsubscribe you, we will temporarily move your e-mail address to the unsubscribed users, where we will keep it your e-mail address for a maximum of six months to prevent errors and accidental logins, and then delete it permanently.
